IMPACT BENEFITS – “At Genesis Health System, we know that success is found in uniting the talents of many and building strong relationships,” says Leo Bressanelli, President and CEO of Genesis Health System. “Our IMPACT Agreement has been a critical relationship in our effort to build the Genesis Heart Institute and advance the cardiovascular health of our community.”

In the past decade, Genesis has entered into more than 10 IMPACT Agreements – each time seeing the cost-efficient and timely completion of far-reaching expansions and renovations that brighten the future of health care for our region. The Heart Institute alone involved the complex craftsmanship of more than 200 tradespeople from our community – workers with families who have supported Genesis and its mission over the years. We continue to depend on the expertise of local workers as we work to complete the expansion and renovation of our East campus hospital.

“We take pride in being the Quad Cities’ very own health system. Relying on the talents of local people who share a stake in the Quad Cities only makes sense and has always brought us tremendous results.”
